To begin a return process for your order, please read our returns & exchanges policy below to check if your are eligible.

*If you have received a wrong size or your item(s) was misprinted/damaged/defective please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your online purchase from THE SPANISH TRIBE! If you are unsatisfied, you can return the item/s you’ve purchased if:

– It has been 30 days or less since your purchase;
– The item(s) is unworn and unwashed;
– The item(s) is in new condition / as received; and
– The item(s) has all original tags attached.

Please, be aware we cannot issue a refund/exchange for buyer’s remorse, wrong/insufficient address details, or wrongly ordered sizes (see our sizing guide for more information).

We cannot issue a refund/exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. THE SPANISH TRIBE reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. If you receive your item in faulty condition, please contact us immediately. 

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. THE SPANISH TRIBE is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

To make an exchange, please request a return in the form above. You can purchase the new size/colour/style you’re after to be shipped out immediately. Due to the limited edition nature of our merchandise, we cannot hold items waiting for the original item to be returned.

Are there any charges for return/exchanges?

Pre-paid shipping will be provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Send
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or you will receive a new order number for your new item.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
