¡Hola! Mi nombre es Raquel and my goal is to help you speak authentic Spanish confidently, by practicing & understanding how to learn a language and develop your confidence when speaking.

About me

Soy Raquel, ¡encantada de conocerte! 

Just like you, I was once a language learner who had difficulties understanding native speakers, forgot vocabulary, mispronounced words, and was afraid to speak in public 🙈.

I’ve learnt along my journey how to overcome those obstacles. And I’m here to help you overcome them too, and unlock your potential to confidently speak in Spanish! 😃

Founded in 2016 by Alicia Watson, Health and Wellness provides virtual yoga and wellness classes for individuals and organizations. Alicia firmly believes that yoga is a transformational practice and that everyone should be able to reap its benefits.

Our Health & Wellness classes are led by highly-trained and respected yoga teachers. Most of our instructors have additional certifications and continue to further their teaching expertise through workshops and training. Absolutely! We all start somewhere. We welcome all levels of practice so you’ll feel right at home in our community.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move and stretch in.
It’s a good idea to come to class hydrated. Try not to eat a full meal at least two hours before class.
With practice, you will notice your body getting stronger and more flexible. Yoga will also improve your posture. It can also help you develop increased mental focus and the ability to stay calm and maintain relaxed breathing.
Ideally, yoga is meant to be a daily practice. If you are a beginner, you can set a goal you can realistically keep. Remember: consistency is key. The more you practice, the better you will feel.
